CJM RX7 Top Feed Fuel Rail Kit (Version 2)
A high capacity fuel injection system is essential for power and reliability.
CJ Motorsports fuel rails are the perfect foundation for building your fuel system. These rails offer the most features and the greatest versatility over any other FD RX7 rails. Our version 2 rails are compatable with aftermarket lower intake manifolds and can optionally accomodate 4 secondary injectors.
Our compact high-flow primary fuel rail is CAD designed and 100% CNC machined from a solid block of billet 6061 Aluminum. It uses -6 in/out AN fittings on either end with seal washers. It is secured solid with 1/2" diameter aluminum stanchions and stainless steel allen-head hardware.
The CJM secondary rail is also machined from billet 6061. Our primary rail has a built in "Y" split that can be used to feed the primary rail, additional injectors, or even nitrous fuel supply. High quality "Y" fittings are expensive, so we decided to include 2 of them for free in our rail by building them into the design. One is threaded 1/2 x 20 and comes with a -6 fitting, the other is threaded 1/8 NPT and comes with a plug. The NPT port is perfect for a fuel pressure sensor, or you can drill and tap it for the stock fuel temp sensor.
Just as the primary, this rail also includes 1/2" diameter aluminum stanchions and stainless allen-head bolts. Fittings included are a -6/-8 adapter inlet and -6 out and -6 "Y" output, each with a sealing washer. The "Y" inlet is bored and threaded for -8 should your fuel requirement needs increase and require -8 plumbing.
If you purchase our 2 injector secondary rail, it can still be later drilled for the additional 2 injectors if you decide to add them later by sending the rail in to CJM for service. So have no worries, the rail is adaptable.
