Stage 1 Fuel System Kit (Version 2)

CJ Motorsports is proud to release the complete Stage 1 fuel system for the FD RX7. This is a total upgrade kit for everything fuel related in the engine bay using a parallel (opposed to inline) plumbing solution for the rails. This kit is compatable with factory or aftermarket lower intake manifolds, and available with a 2 or 4 injector secondary rail.

The foundation of this system is based on our completely billet machined secondary rail. This rail is fed by our included -6 line that comes off the factory 5/16th hardpipe and the included -6/-8 adapter (the rail uses a -8 port to allow future upgrades for higher flow needs).

This secondary rail has a built in feed "Y" to cleanly source good fuel supply for the primary rail. This eliminates the need to purchase expensive "Y" fittings and also keeps the fuel lines organized. Another "Y" port comes tapped and plugged 1/8" NPT. This can be used for a pressure sensor, to feed nitrous, or it can even be tapped out to fit the OEM fuel temp sensor.

Our primary rail is also billet machined and offers a clean and compact fit. Included is a stainless braided, crimped, teflon hose to feed the primary rail from the main "Y". The primary rail includes -6 inlet and outlet fittings.

From each rails outlet, fuel will flow through the ncluded stainless braided teflon hoses into both inlet ports on the (optionally) included adjustable Aeromotive 13109 regulator with 1:1 vacuum reference. The regulator will use the CJM billet mounting bracket to securely attach to the intake manifold. Out of the regulator is our included -6 hose that will connect to the OEM fuel return pipe on the firewall.

Finally, to adapt your top feed injectors to the intake manifold we include CJM Injector Boss Adapters. These high end adapters insert snugly into the injector bungs and securely seal with the included Viton O-Rings.

All hardware included in this system is stainless steel for lifetime use.

If you purchase our 2 injector secondary rail, it can still be later drilled for the additional 2 injectors if you decide to add them later by sending the rail in to CJM for service. So have no worries, the system is adaptable.

This is a complete solution with no loose ends. All you need to sort out is your pump and injector solutions.

VERSION 2: All kits sold now are the VERSION 2. Revisions to the second version are; secondary rail shortened in the back and 2 inner ports optional, primary rail completely redesigned to accomodate aftermarket lower intake manifolds.
